Remoters' service consists of:

- allow a user to assess the feasibility of their real estate project abroad, purchase or rental (in the case of a purchase, is the planned budget in line with local market prices, in the case of a rental, what rent for which neighborhood?).

- allow a user to express their real estate project in a very detailed way, in order to be put in touch with the Remoters property hunter best able to process their request (and if you have a good person, we say it 😇).

- Connect with one or more Remoters real estate hunters.

The service is free for users of the site. Remoters is paid exclusively from real estate hunters. And often you don't get paid 🥺

We are going to detail each of the phases:

1) Consulting the site

The consultation of the site is free and free. We only want you to ask us first, if you have come to exploit some of the content (whether it is our prose, or the graphic elements of the site)

2) Real estate valuation

Real estate valuation allows users to judge whether their project is realistic in view of the prices in the destination where they want to buy or rent.

The prices shown are ranges and are approximate. However, the mechanism that makes it possible to determine these prices is quite scientific: it is a combination of 2 data sources:

- the prices published on the main listings of offers of the destination in question

- the prices indicated by our Remoters property hunters. As destination real estate experts, they are rarely wrong.

But of course this estimate is not worth the commitment to find you a property in this price range, it's just to give you an indication.

3) The detailed research questionnaire

After estimating the price comes the detailed questionnaire stage. It aims to know as much as possible about your project in order to:

- determine the real estate hunter who can help you

- send him your request so that he is aware of all aspects of the project.

So, when you fill out this questionnaire, we consult it and we may send it to 1, 2 or 3 real estate hunters (but most often only one).

On the other hand:

- we do not sell your contact details to third parties

- we only broadcast it to a maximum of 3 real estate hunters.

The only challenge is to match your needs with someone who can help you. No selling your data

4) Connecting with a Remoters real estate hunter

Remoters teams decide whether or not a request should be sent to one or more Remoters property hunters.

To do this, we look at 3 criteria:

- is the demand realistic? (You will never find a 200 m2 apartment in the center of Lisbon for €2,000)

- do we have a Remoters real estate hunter available to assist you?

- does the request seem genuine? if you have filled in false telephone numbers or emails or surnames, we do not forward.

All of this is at our discretion, but of course, we do not allow ourselves any form of discrimination of any kind.

5) The status of Remoters real estate hunters

Remoters real estate hunters are not necessarily real estate agents. Sometimes they are, but not always.

- Already because the concept of real estate agent differs quite a bit from one place in the world to another. Using real estate agent terminology would not make much sense because his field of action and his duties in terms of support are not the same as in France.

- And also (especially) because we want them to be on the side of the purchaser. They are not there to sell you the property they have in their catalog even if it is not the one that is best for you. They are there to look for the most suitable property for you.
Remoters real estate hunters are not part of Remoters, they are people who work in real estate, most often as freelancers, and who want to be put in touch with potential customers.

And not everyone can become a Remoters real estate hunter. To do this, it is necessary to demonstrate, during several interviews, a solid expertise in local real estate, and a desire to be at the service of people looking for a property.

The contract between Remoters and Remoters real estate hunters is very flexible. So, in the event that a Remoters real estate hunter does not work in a way that is consistent with the company's philosophy, we will stop putting them in contact with people looking for a property.

6) The cost of benefits

For the user, the connection is free.

The cost of providing a Remoters property hunter varies enormously depending on local habits, and their own commercial policy. For some of our real estate hunters, their service is paid by the seller, for others they offer a flat rate for their search, others will ask you for a percentage of the purchase price. And this list of business practices is not exhaustive.

In any case, you will have to validate the terms and the price during your exchanges with the Remoters real estate hunter. The fact of using the services of the Remoters site and of being put in contact with a real estate hunter does not in any way constitute a commitment on your part to use its services.

These terms of use are intended for individuals who come to the remoters.io site, they do not concern the contractual relationships between Remoters and real estate hunters. These are described in our general conditions of sale (if you ask us for them, we will be happy to send them to you 🙂).

Remoters' service consists of:

- allow a user to express their real estate project in a very detailed way, in order for the Remoters teams to identify the Remoters property hunter best able to assist him in his search (and if we have a good person, we say it 😇).

- be put in contact with this real estate hunter

- receive a commercial offer from the real estate hunter in a secure manner. This offer takes the form of a document that details the service offered, the possible reimbursement conditions, and the price offered. It also contains a payment link, payment implies acceptance of the offer, and the funds are blocked until the service is considered delivered.

The service is free for users of the site. Remoters is paid exclusively from real estate hunters. And more often than not, you don't get paid 🥺

Using real estate agent terminology would not make much sense because his field of action and his duties in terms of support are not the same as in France.

- And also (especially) because we want them to be on the side of the person looking for a property. They are not there to offer you the goods they have in their catalog, even if it is not the one that is best for you. They are there to look for the most suitable property for you.

Remoters real estate hunters are not part of Remoters, they are people who know the city's real estate market, often having been confronted with it themselves when doing their own research. And who want to help.

And not everyone can become a Remoters real estate hunter. To do this, it is necessary to demonstrate, during several interviews, a solid expertise in local real estate, and a desire to be at the service of people looking for a property.

The contract between Remoters and Remoters real estate hunters is very flexible. So, in the event that a Remoters real estate hunter does not work in a manner consistent with the company's philosophy, we will immediately stop putting them in contact with people looking for a property.

5) The services offered

The services offered by Remoters real estate hunters are not uniform, each real estate hunter can offer what seems most appropriate to assist people who want to settle.

Thus, some of our hunters will offer a contingent of housing visits, others will not. Some, who are familiar with local legislation and know the language, will suggest to reread the rental contracts. Some will help with legal procedures and file preparation, others will not.

Moreover, the service offered by the same hunter will not be the same for all. Finding a student apartment and housing for a family is not the same job.

In any event, after an initial (free) discussion with you, our real estate hunter will make you a commercial offer that he considers appropriate to your search and your situation. It's up to you to decide if you want to subscribe or not.

6) The selling price

For the user, the connection is free.

The cost of providing a Remoters property hunter varies enormously depending on local habits, and their own commercial policy. It may offer different prices depending on the complexity of the research. In short, it is the Remoters real estate hunter who freely determines the price. Remoters does not intervene at all in determining either the offer or the price.

The prices indicated on the quotation are inclusive of VAT.

In any case, you will have to validate the terms and the price during your exchanges with the Remoters real estate hunter. The fact of using the services of the Remoters site and of being put in contact with a real estate hunter does not in any way constitute a commitment on your part to use its services.

Paying on the link presenting the offer implies acceptance of the terms of the service. Unless otherwise stated on the quotation, you do not have a right of withdrawal for this quote. This is not in order to limit your rights but in order for your hunter to be able to get to work immediately, without waiting for the end of the withdrawal period. Practical, especially when research is urgent.

7) Refund conditions

At the same time as you validate the content of the Remoters real estate hunter's service, the price of the service, we encourage you to check whether the proposed reimbursement conditions suit you.

It is indeed rare for Remoters real estate hunters to guarantee a full refund in the event that he does not find the accommodation. For a simple reason: to find your home, you need two people: the hunter, who is looking, and you who decide. However, if you decline a significant number of homes that match your criteria, or give up your search, the service will have to be interrupted and it is normal that the time spent by your real estate hunter is taken into account.

In the event of a dispute with your hunter over the interpretation of the reimbursement conditions on his service offer, you can contact us to act as mediators.

8) The payment process

The document sent to you by the real estate hunter contains a payment link.

Payment implies acceptance on your part of the conditions set by the real estate hunter: content of the search service, cancellation conditions and price.

The funds you contribute are kept until the service is considered to have been delivered by the Remoters real estate hunter.

In case you feel that the service delivered is not in accordance with what you expected, first report it to your real estate hunter. In case of persistent disagreement, we can act as mediators. You can report your disagreement to us at: contact@remoters.io
